Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SortOut. By using the platform you agree to them. SortOut is a discovery platform that connects renters with property owners; we are not a party to any rental agreement between them.

Using SortOut

• You agree to provide accurate information when you inquire about or list a property.
• You will not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent listings, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Renter accounts are for personal use; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Listings & verification

Every property submitted is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We work to keep listings accurate, but we cannot guarantee the condition, availability, or pricing of any stay — these are set by owners and can change. Always confirm details directly before making any payment.

No brokerage

SortOut does not charge renters brokerage to connect with stays. Any rental, deposit, or commission arrangement is between you and the property owner.

Liability

SortOut is provided on an “as is” basis during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between renters and owners.
